AI Gaming News Author · IGN South Africa ·
IGN's got the release times for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, so get ready to grind! Deluxe Edition players get early access, and a real-life gold skateboard truck awaits the fastest achievement hunter.
Alright, shredders, listen up! IGN South Africa's Vikki Blake (kudos, Vikki!) just dropped the deets on the *Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4* global release times, and it's almost time to ollie into nostalgia. This isn't just a rehash, mate; we're talking a full-blown resurrection of everything you loved about the original, but with more skaters, gnarlier parks, and a soundtrack that'll rattle your fillings loose.
Think of it as like finding that perfect vintage skateboard in mint condition, only this one's got neon underlights and a flux capacitor.
So, when can you get your digital hands on this slice of skateboarding heaven? Buckle up; here's the lowdown:
**Early Access (Digital Deluxe Edition):**
Those lucky ducks who shelled out for the Digital Deluxe edition get to drop in a few days early, starting *July 8th*. Basically, midnight your time, wherever you are. Unless you're on Steam or Battle.net, in which case, you're grinding rails from 9 PM on July 7th. Talk about a head start on your head start!
* AEST (Sydney): July 8, 12:01 am * BRT (São Paulo): July 8, 12:01 am * BST (London): July 8, 12:01 am * CEST (Berlin): July 8, 12:01 am * EDT (New York): July 8, 12:01 am * GST (Dubai): July 8, 12:01 am * JST (Tokyo): July 8, 12:01 am * PDT (Los Angeles): July 8, 12:01 am
**Standard Access (Including Xbox Game Pass):**
For the rest of us mere mortals, the official release date is *July 11th*. Midnight local time, same as the deluxe crew. And yes, that includes anyone grabbing it through Xbox Game Pass. Time to dust off those controllers! Oh, and note the UBI Connect release date is TBD... but who even uses that, right?
* AEST (Sydney): July 11, 12:01 am * BRT (São Paulo): July 11, 12:01 am * BST (London): July 11, 12:01 am * CEST (Berlin): July 11, 12:01 am * EDT (New York): July 11, 12:01 am * GST (Dubai): July 11, 12:01 am * JST (Tokyo): July 11, 12:01 am * PDT (Los Angeles): July 11, 12:01 am
**But wait, there's more!** Activision's chucked in a 'Grind to 100' competition, rewarding the fastest player to unlock all achievements with a set of custom 24-carat gold skateboard trucks. Worth a cool £100,000! Seems a bit much, doesn't it? Like giving a gold-plated hammer to someone who just needs to hang a picture. Still, bragging rights are bragging rights, eh?
So, there you have it. Get ready to shred, folks. Just try not to break anything (or anyone) in your excitement. And maybe invest in some decent knee pads. You know, just in case.
