The Scavenger’s Guide to Pragmata: Tracking Down Every Shiny Cube in the Terra Dome

A comprehensive guide to finding all 40 upgrade components in Pragmata's Terra Dome, ensuring Hugh and Diana are fully powered for the challenges ahead.

Right, so after what feels like a literal lifetime of waiting, Capcom has finally let us loose in the weird, wonderful, and slightly terrifying world of Pragmata. If you’re like me, you’ve been staring at those trailers since 2020, wondering if the game was actually real or just a very elaborate fever dream involving a space suit and a very talented little girl. Well, it’s here, it’s gorgeous, and bloody hell, it is full of things to collect.

I’ve been poking around the Terra Dome—that massive, lush biosphere that feels like someone tried to grow a rainforest inside a giant calculator—and I’ve realized one thing very quickly: Hugh and Diana are expensive. Upgrading our favorite duo isn't exactly cheap, and if you want to survive the later stages without being turned into digital scrap metal, you’re going to need every yellow glowing cube you can find. These 'upgrade components' are tucked away in the most inconvenient places imaginable. It’s like the architects of the Terra Dome decided that regular maintenance wasn’t enough; they had to hide the spare parts behind hologram walls and laser grids.

To save you the headache of checking every bush and crate, I’ve put together this breakdown of where to find all 40 components in the Terra Dome. A massive tip of the hat to Paulo Kawanishi at Polygon for the original legwork on these locations—it’s a proper bit of scouting that would make any digital wizard proud.

### The Terra Dome Entrance: Getting Your Bearings

When you first arrive at the Terra Dome Platform, don't just rush off into the greenery. Take a breath, enjoy the (artificial) air, and start looking for those yellow glows.

1. **The Tram Sitter:** Right after you cross that gnarled tree branch onto the bridge, look left. There’s a decommissioned tram just sitting there, and on top of it, near the fence, is your first component. 2. **The Grass Stash:** Follow the main path from the tram terminal to the far side. Go down the last staircase on your left. You'll find component #2 hiding in some grass by another dead tram. 3. **The Dock’s End:** Right as you leave the tram terminal, take a right and walk all the way to the end of the dock. Simple, effective, and right there for the taking.

### Eco Modeling Lab: Lasers, Trees, and Holograms

This is where things start getting a bit more... Capcom. The Envirolytics Lab is full of environmental puzzles and things that want to stop you from touching their shiny cubes.

4. **The Safe Box:** To the right of the first tree you reconstruct, there’s a hologram wall. (Don’t you just love how the future is just regular walls but more expensive?) There’s a safe box and a component behind some lasers. Hack the terminal on the wall outside to keep your eyebrows from getting singed. 5. **The Walkway Gap:** Use that first reconstructed tree to cross the stairs, turn left twice, and follow the walkway. You’ll have to jump a gap to grab this one. 6. **The Filament Cluster:** In the room with three trees and the Eco Modeling Lab Station, look left. There’s a filament cluster. This is Diana’s time to shine—have her clear it out to reveal the cube. 7. **The Balcony Room:** Before you go down the stairs past the Envirolytics Lab Station hatch, look right. There’s a balcony. Jump over and enter the room for your prize. 8. **The Gray Building:** At the bottom of the stairs, past the tree with the chip, look in front of the gray building. It’s just sitting there, remarkably honest for once. 9. **The Rocky Path:** Go past the tree with the chip, but turn left. At the fork, take the right path. Climb the rocks and follow the corridor down. There's another hologram wall hiding this one. I reckon someone at Capcom really likes the word 'hologram.' 10. **The Red Zone (Upper):** Unlock the Red Zone next to the Envirolytics Lab Station. Head down two flights of stairs and turn right into a small room. 11. **The Red Zone (Arena):** Keep going down to the ground level of that Red Zone. Head to the far side of the arena.

### Meteorology Sim Lab: The Weather is Looty

Moving into the Meteorology Sim Lab, the game starts throwing multiples at you, which I personally find much more satisfying. It’s like finding a tenner in a pair of old jeans.

12. **The Tube Tree:** Right by the station hatch, look behind a tube with a tree inside. 13-15. **The Triple Safe:** Go back the way you came toward the Meteorology Sim Lab and jump the fence to your right. There are two containers. One has a filament cluster—clear it, find the safe box, and enjoy three components at once. 16. **The Balcony Decoy:** From the hatch room, go upstairs, follow the corridor, and hack the locked door. You’ll have to do a bit of fighting here, but once the dust settles, head through the large door to a balcony. There’s a component and a decoy generator waiting for you. 17. **The Platform Drop:** After you take down the giant bot in the arena (no easy feat, mate), head through the new door. Follow the corridor, jump down the platforms, and look left behind some wooden boxes once you hit the bottom.

### Back to the Entrance & Central Lift: Parkour for Profit

18. **The Plant Factory:** Cross the decontamination room. You’ll find this one before you hit the second B route. 19-21. **Another Triple:** At the end of the decontamination route, check the right side of the corridor near the Red Zone room. Another safe box, another three components. 22-24. **The Glider’s Reward:** Near the Central Lift Station hatch, jump off the edge to the right of the stairs and glide to a platform. There’s a safe box with three more components. (Hugh’s thrusters are good for more than just looking cool, it seems.) 25. **The Drop-Down:** To the left of the Central Lift hatch, there’s a platform with a blue box. Jump *down* from there to a lower platform for another cube. 26. **The Root Jump:** Go up the first flight of stairs by the Central Lift hatch, go left, and hop over the handrail near the large roots.

### Soil Research & GeoScience: The Beach Episode

Who doesn't love a high-tech lab that also happens to have a beach? This is where the GeoScience Lab gets interesting.

27. **The Beach Rock:** Once you hit the sand, look behind a large rock on the right. 28-30. **The Invisible Guardian:** On the upper floor corridor near the GeoScience Lab Station, go to the right end. There’s an invisible bot guarding a safe box with three components. Give him a proper thwack and take your loot. 31-32. **The Totem Secret:** Take the elevator from the GeoScience room. There’s a totem messing with Diana’s hacking—deactivate it, then look for the hologram wall nearby. Two components are in a safe box behind it. 33-35. **The Dim Room:** Hack the door leading away from that same elevator. Inside a dim room is a safe box with three components. 36-38. **The Hologram Table:** In the room with the long table full of holograms, go through the door on the right. There’s a safe box on the other side with three more components. 39. **The Elevator Door:** As you push through Soil Research, you’ll find a dim room with an elevator. Check the door nearby that leads to a room with a hologram table. The component is at the far side.

### The Final Piece: Cultivation Lab

40. **The Pillar:** At the Cultivation Lab Station, just go around the pillar next to the elevator. Easy as that.

And there you have it—all 40 components accounted for. It’s a lot of running around, but I reckon the upgrades are well worth the effort. Pragmata is a strange beast, but it’s these little scavenger hunts that make the world feel lived-in (even if the inhabitants are mostly bots and holograms).

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some yellow cubes to spend and a very mysterious moon base to continue exploring. Stay curious, mates.
