The 2022 survival thriller Fall is now streaming for free on YouTube to promote the upcoming theatrical release of its sequel, Fall 2 Deadpoint.
If you need a masterclass in minimalist tension, a 2022 cult-hit survival thriller is currently streaming entirely for free on YouTube. According to Polygon, Lionsgate made the vertigo-inducing film available without a subscription or rental fee to build hype for the upcoming theatrical release of its sequel, Fall 2 Deadpoint. The movie follows two friends who become stranded on a tiny platform atop a remote, abandoned 2,000-foot radio tower after their ladder collapses.
For a modest-budget project, the production went to extreme lengths to sell the danger. Director Scott Mann avoided green screens, choosing instead to build the upper section of the set on a real mountain cliff over 2,000 feet in the air and capturing genuine wind and open space around the actors. That practical approach clearly paid off, as the film holds a solid 79 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes from both critics and audiences who praised its relentless pacing and dizzying cinematography.
Whether you are looking for a weekend watch between raid nights or just want a quick cinematic thrill, it is a frictionless way to catch up on a modern genre hit. You can stream the entire film right now on YouTube before the sequel hits theaters on September 2.
