Square Enix is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy 10 with a two-disc vinyl soundtrack collection titled Eternal Calm, releasing in November 2026.
Square Enix is keeping the quarter-century celebration of Final Fantasy 10 rolling with a brand new physical release. Game Rant recently reported that a dedicated vinyl collection titled Final Fantasy 10: Eternal Calm is officially scheduled to launch in November 2026. As the iconic RPG reaches its milestone anniversary, the publisher is leaning into physical collectibles that appeal directly to long-time series veterans and modern vinyl enthusiasts alike.
The centerpiece of this upcoming drop is a two-disc soundtrack collection featuring twenty selected tracks from the classic PlayStation 2 adventure. Fans can expect iconic compositions like Zanarkand, Otherworld, and Yuna's Theme pressed onto clear vinyl records designed to evoke the seaside aesthetics of Spira. It is a thoughtful nod to one of the most celebrated musical scores in gaming history, bridging nostalgia with the modern collector market.
While digital streaming has largely taken over how we listen to game soundtracks, physical vinyl releases continue to thrive as high-end display pieces for dedicated communities. This latest release from Square Enix shows an acute understanding of what collectors value today. It turns a beloved piece of gaming heritage into a tangible item that looks as good on a shelf as it sounds on a turntable.
