RoboCop's Still Cleaning Up the Streets: 'Unfinished Business' DLC Arrives, Mate!

The 'Unfinished Business' DLC for RoboCop: Rogue City is here, promising more cybernetic mayhem and plot threads than you can shake a data stick at, so get ready to clean up Detroit again, mate! Let's hope it adds more to the game and isn't just corporate shenanigans.
Right, so you thought RoboCop was done blasting bad guys into chunky salsa in Detroit? Fair dinkum, you were wrong! Teyon, bless their blocky little hearts, just dropped the 'Unfinished Business' DLC for RoboCop: Rogue City, and it's looking more brutal than a malfunctioning ED-209 on a rampage.
IGN South Africa (cheers, lads!) showed off the launch trailer, and blimey, it's packed with enough cybernetic carnage to make even Murphy wince – almost. We're talking new missions, new enemies (who clearly didn't learn their lesson the first time around), and presumably, even more opportunities to shout "Dead or alive, you're coming with me!" at pixelated perps. Because let's be honest, that's half the fun, isn't it?
But what's this 'Unfinished Business' all about? Well, beyond the obvious implication that Detroit's criminal element is remarkably resilient (or incredibly stupid), the DLC seems to be delving deeper into some of the unresolved plot threads from the main game. Think conspiracies, corporate shenanigans, and probably a whole load of bureaucratic red tape that even RoboCop finds infuriating. Sound familiar, anyone who's ever tried to navigate a Web3 gaming DAO?
The gameplay snippets in the trailer show off some new environments, too. It's not all just the same grimy streets. Expect some indoor locations, maybe a warehouse or two, and possibly even a peek behind the gleaming, soulless facade of OCP. (Spoiler alert: it's probably even grimmer than the streets.)
Now, I'm not gonna lie, I went into RoboCop: Rogue City with the skepticism of a wizard facing a tax audit. Movie tie-in games rarely deliver, right? But Teyon actually pulled it off. It's a surprisingly solid shooter with a healthy dose of dark humor and a genuine respect for the source material. So, if you enjoyed the main game, this DLC seems like a no-brainer. More RoboCop is almost always a good thing. Unless, of course, you're a criminal. Then you're probably having a very bad day.
However, let's not get carried away just yet. While I'm cautiously optimistic (as always), I'm also keeping a close eye on the pricing and the actual length of the content. A few new missions and a handful of enemies doesn't necessarily justify shelling out a fortune. We'll see what the reviews say, eh?
So, if you fancy stepping back into RoboCop's chrome-plated boots and dishing out some more justice (and bullets), 'Unfinished Business' is out now. Go get 'em, Murphy!
