Rayman Legends Retold has been delayed to December 2026, bringing overhauled visuals, bundled classic content, and a surprisingly dapper new hunter-inspired design for Globox in its Deluxe Edition.
Ubisoft has pushed the launch of Rayman Legends Retold out of its original October window to avoid the crowded fall release calendar, landing the platformer on December 3, 2026. Coming in below standard AAA pricing, the package packs substantial value by including both the Snowdrop engine overhaul of Rayman Legends and the full Enhanced Edition of Rayman Origins. Players can also look forward to new dragon riding sequences, fresh levels, and a thoroughly revamped Kung Foot mode.
For players eager to grab extra digital goods, the Deluxe Edition offers a ten dollar upgrade that includes an in-game art gallery and a retro cosmetic pack. While characters like Rayman and Barbara receive nostalgic outfits pulled straight from 1995 classics and early series entries, Globox gets a wonderfully eccentric twist. Rather than a standard pixelated skin, his deluxe outfit dresses him in a pink button up shirt, purple pants, a monocle, and a mustache modeled after the iconic hunters from the original game.
Additional pre-order incentives lean heavily into franchise nostalgia, offering a Metal Mania skin for Rayman and a Hoodmonger look for Globox inspired by Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. As platformer fans know, Ubisoft loves hiding collectibles throughout these worlds, and unlocking everything will take serious dedication, especially for completionists eyeing that elusive one million Lum reward.
