The Pokemon TCG has revealed four new prerelease promo cards for the upcoming Delta Reign expansion, rounding out the game's final major release of 2026.
The Pokemon Trading Card Game has pulled back the curtain on four new prerelease promo cards heading to the upcoming Delta Reign expansion, which arrives in early November as the final set of 2026. Reported initially by Game Rant, the upcoming Build and Battle boxes will randomly include one of four stamped promo cards featuring Enamorus, Masquerain, Kommo-o, or Magmortar. These cards come packaged inside 40-card pre-built decks alongside four booster packs, giving local game stores a strong anchor for prerelease events kicking off on October 24.
Beyond the headline promo cards, Delta Reign packs serious collector and player appeal with the return of Mega Rayquaza ex, marking the iconic Mega Evolution's first fresh card since 2015. The expansion also highlights new Mega Pokemon tied to Pokemon Legends: Z-A, including fresh cards for Mega Golisopod, Mega Golurk, and Mega Malamar, alongside a mechanical shake-up via the new split Stadium card, Legendary Summit.
Looking further ahead, The Pokemon Company has already started teasing what comes after the 2026 release calendar wraps up. Recent showcases point toward the debut of Z Mega Evolutions stemming from the Mega Dimension DLC and a brand-new classification of cards called ex Star cards, ensuring the massive trading card community has plenty of structural shifts and chase cards to look forward to in the next competitive cycle.
