PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim free permanent DLC for MLB The Show 26 and Sniper Elite: Resistance alongside September's monthly game lineup.
As reported by GameRant, PlayStation Plus subscribers have a little extra value waiting for them this month alongside the usual monthly game drop. Beyond picking up titles like MLB The Show 26, Sniper Elite: Resistance, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes, members across all subscription tiers can also claim several pieces of free downloadable content at no additional cost. Once claimed, these add-ons stay in your digital library forever, though you will need to add them manually before the current window closes on October 5.
For baseball fans jumping into MLB The Show 26, the bonus content includes ten Show Packs to kickstart your Diamond Dynasty squad building, alongside an equipment pack and an exclusive bat skin. Meanwhile, tactical shooter fans diving into Sniper Elite: Resistance get access to multiple weapon and skin packs. These bundles drop in fresh gear like the M1A1 submachine gun, the DL carbine rifle, and several character skins including alternative looks for Karl Fairburne and Marie Chevalier.
While sandbox physics hit Wobbly Life and the critically acclaimed retro JRPG Chained Echoes round out the monthly lineup without extra add-ons, the bundle of free expansions makes this a strong month for digital hoarders. Even if you are mostly playing on other platforms or catching up on your backlog, grabbing these permanent additions takes only a second and ensures your account is ready whenever you decide to dive in.
