Pinetrail Brings Physics Based Package Delivery and Thieving Boars to Forest Trails

Pinetrail is an upcoming delivery game that combines physics based cargo stacking and vehicle upgrades with relaxed mountain exploration and thieving boars.
As recently reported by Rock Paper Shotgun, developer Dimitris Kartakis has revealed Pinetrail, a physics based delivery game that trades the post apocalyptic gloom of Death Stranding for lush mountain vistas. Instead of traversing rugged terrain on foot with a towering stack of cargo strapped to your back, you pilot a tiny three wheel rickshaw truck through dense forests and steep hills, securing your deliveries with ropes and creative stacking strategies.
While the atmosphere leans toward the calm and pastoral, the gameplay loop still demands precision and planning. You have to contend with falling rocks, rough terrain, and hordes of local boars that will actively try to steal your packages if you are not careful. Fortunately, your vehicle is equipped with a versatile kit that includes a tree grappling hook, a boat mode for river streams, and even retractable wings that let you soar across the landscape when the hills become too steep.
Players will earn in game currency by completing delivery targets, though the full progression loop is still under wraps as development continues. Pinetrail does not have a hard release date yet, but it is currently slated to launch in the second quarter of 2027 and is available to wishlist on Steam for players looking to add a new chill yet challenging transit puzzle to their rotation.
