Pokemon TCG Pocket is keeping its momentum going with another major drop. According to a report by IGN South Africa, the digital card game is rolling out its next expansion titled Paradox Drive on May 27. This update dives straight into Generation 9 territory, bringing the time bending Paradox Pokémon directly to the app's growing meta.
Players can expect heavy hitters like Koraidon ex and Miraidon ex to lead the charge, alongside the debut of the Ancient and Future subcategories. These variants originally shook up the console scene in Scarlet and Violet through time displaced creature designs, and translating them into the mobile card format gives collectors and deck builders fresh mechanics to experiment with on the go.
For a community that treats digital card collection and mobile gaming as a daily routine, rapid expansion drops like this are crucial for keeping the economy engaging. Whether you are grinding out daily matches or just chasing rare pulls for your digital binder, Paradox Drive looks ready to shake up the current meta when it goes live.
