Nintendo has announced a $529.99 Switch 2 hardware bundle arriving on October 22, featuring the console, a digital copy of Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, and three months of Nintendo Switch Online.
Nintendo is expanding its hardware lineup later this year with a brand-new $529.99 Switch 2 bundle launching on October 22. This announcement follows news that the standalone console will see a price increase to $499.99 starting September 1, moving past its initial 2025 launch pricing of $449.99.
As reported by GameRant, the upcoming October package includes the console alongside a digital download code for Nintendo Switch Sports Resort and a three-month individual subscription to Nintendo Switch Online. Since the game retails for $59.99 on its own, the bundle effectively discounts the software for players looking to pick up both at once.
Hardware bundles have become a staple for keeping momentum going on current generation platforms, especially as living room setups adapt to changing hardware costs. For players who have been holding out on upgrading their ecosystem or jumping into Nintendo's latest hardware generation, this package offers a modest value add compared to buying the pieces separately at their updated prices.
