Moxxi's About to Cause Mayhem in Fortnite: Borderlands Crossover Incoming?

Fortnite might be adding Moxxi from Borderlands as a playable skin, according to recent leaks, adding another layer of chaotic fun to the battle royale. Epic also announced some cool new stuff including a collaboration with Ninja.
Right, so another day, another Fortnite leak… but this one's actually pretty cool, mate. Word on the street (aka, Twitter) is that Moxxi, everyone's favourite chaotic bar owner from the Borderlands universe, might be strutting her stuff on the Fortnite island soon. According to Game Rant, a popular leaker by the name of ShiinaBR (bless their datamining heart) reckons Moxxi's skin is already hiding in the game files. Could this mean she's dropping before the current season wraps up on August 7th? Possibly.
But hold your horses, because here's where it gets interesting. With *Borderlands 4* not hitting shelves until September 12th, Epic might be playing the long game here. Imagine the hype if they kept Moxxi under wraps until right before *Borderlands 4* launches – pure marketing genius, if you ask me. Sounds familiar, right?
Now, Fortnite and Borderlands are no strangers. We've already got the Psycho Bandit skin and Claptrap back bling running around causing mayhem. But a Moxxi skin? That's a whole different level of awesome. She's practically a Borderlands icon.
The big question is, how will they release her? Will she be part of a future battle pass? A special event? Or just pop up in the Item Shop with a price tag that makes your wallet weep? (Probably that last one, let's be honest.) We can't know for sure just yet, as of writing.

What does this mean for the gameplay?
And if that wasn't enough, Blitz Royale is also getting two new game modes: Six Stack (teams of six!) and Pure Chaos (tougher opponents, increased siphon). Sounds like the perfect recipe for either epic wins or rage-quitting, depending on your skill level (and luck, let's be fair).
All in all, Fortnite's got a lot going on. New collaborations, new game modes, and potentially a Moxxi skin on the horizon. Is it all going to be amazing? Who knows!
