Black Myth: Wukong, the action RPG that took the gaming world by storm, is finally coming to Xbox Series X/S on August 20th, complete with all the post-launch content – sounds like fun, right? Get ready to unleash your inner monkey!
Right, listen up, mates! Remember all the fuss about *Black Myth: Wukong* last year? The action RPG that had everyone and their nan hooked? Well, it's finally making its way to Xbox Series X/S on August 20th, a year after its PC and PlayStation 5 debut, so get your swords ready!
For those who've been living under a rock (or, y'know, just patiently waiting for the Xbox version), *Black Myth: Wukong* is based on the classic Chinese novel *Journey to the West*. Think stunning visuals, brutal combat, and a story that'll keep you hooked like a junkie to a slot machine. It absolutely *blasted* onto the scene last year, shifting a frankly bonkers 20 million copies in its first month. Fair dinkum, that's impressive!
Now, you might be wondering why it took so long to get to Xbox. There were whispers of exclusivity deals (sounds familiar, eh?), and Game Science (the developers) hinted at optimization headaches, with some even pointing fingers at the Xbox Series S. Whatever the real reason, the wait's almost over, thank the gaming gods.
And here's the kicker: this isn't just a straight port. The Xbox version will launch with all the post-release goodies that PC and PS5 players have been enjoying, like a boss rush mode and extra armor. So, Xbox players will get a complete package right out of the gate. Sounds like a fair deal, doesn't it?
*Black Myth: Wukong*'s arrival on Xbox also lines up nicely with the planned DLC expansion. So, Xbox gamers won’t be left waiting long to experience everything this game has to offer.
So, Xbox owners, prepare to have your thumbs thoroughly exercised. *Black Myth: Wukong* is coming, and it looks set to be a wild ride. It'll be interesting to see how this performance translates to Microsoft’s console, but all signs point to it being well worth the wait, mate.
