Lies of P: Complete Edition is officially heading to the Nintendo Switch 2, bundling the hit Soulslike with the upcoming Lies of P: Overture prequel expansion.
During the recent June 2026 Nintendo Direct, the reveal trailer for Lies of P: Complete Edition confirmed that Round 8 Studio's acclaimed Soulslike will make the jump to Nintendo's next-generation hardware. Originally reported by IGN South Africa, the announcement highlights a definitive package that bundles the base game with its upcoming prequel expansion, Lies of P: Overture. For players who prefer taking challenging action RPGs on the go, this release signals strong third-party support for the platform right out of the gate.
The inclusion of the Overture expansion adds substantial value to this new bundle, offering fresh narrative context to the dark, puppet-infested streets of Krat before the events of the main campaign. Soulslike titles have historically found a dedicated audience on handheld setups, and bringing a technically demanding hit like Lies of P to Nintendo's successor hardware is a major technical milestone. It also underscores how modern cloud and cross-platform development allows complex games to reach wider audiences across diverse hardware.
As anticipation builds for the hardware launch, this release gives both series veterans and newcomers a great reason to revisit the dark fairy tale. Whether you are tackling boss fights on your primary desktop rig or jumping into a quick session on portable hardware, having the complete saga in one place makes this definitive edition a notable addition to any player's library.
