A recent leak indicates that an unannounced LEGO Disney game is currently in development by a studio outside of TT Games, though specific details and release plans remain unknown.
A fresh wave of leaks is circulating through the community, pointing toward a brand-new LEGO title currently in development based on a Disney property. According to a report by Michael Brandon Ingram over at Game Rant, details first emerged from the prominent leak tracking account LEGO Games News. The upcoming project appears to adopt a style heavily inspired by the classic titles from TT Games, though an entirely separate studio is reportedly handling the development.
Beyond the Disney connection, specific details regarding gameplay, platforms, and release windows remain completely under wraps. This unannounced project is also confirmed to be entirely distinct from other recent rumors swirling around the community, including a rumored LEGO spin on the city-building simulation hit Cities: Skylines and talk of a canceled LEGO Marvel project. For players who grew up dropping into co-op brick adventures on living room consoles, the prospect of a new Disney-focused entry is certainly worth keeping on the radar, even if we are still waiting on official confirmation from the publishers.
