Hytale Players Face a Resource Hunt For Mithril

A recent report from Polygon explains that mithril cannot currently be found naturally in Hytale Adventure Mode, requiring players to use Creative Mode shortcuts or wait for a future update.
If you have been scouring the deepest underground biomes of Hytale in search of rare mithril for top tier gear, you might want to pause your mining expedition. According to a recent guide by Marloes Valentina Stella over at Polygon, natural mithril deposits are currently absent from Adventure Mode. Even if you brave the hazardous depths of the Devastated Lands, you will not find a single vein of the game's most elusive ore waiting for your pickaxe.
While materials like copper, iron, and thorium populate the world normally, players aiming to kit themselves out in glowing mithril armor have to bend the rules a little bit. The workaround requires toggling into Creative Mode, opening the item menu, and searching for mithril manually. From there, you can pull ore or ingots straight into your inventory before switching right back to Adventure Mode to continue your standard playthrough.
For those who prefer to play strictly by the rules without utilizing creative shortcuts, you will have to settle for adamantite or cobalt gear for the time being. Crafting recipes for mithril are already sitting in the game files, which strongly suggests that Hypixel Studios plans to introduce the material through regular gameplay loops soon. Until then, you can either spawn the items in or wait for a future content update to populate the biomes properly.
