HP's RTX 4090 Omen: A Fire Sale Worth a Second Look (Before the 50-Series Hype Train Leaves)

HP's quietly slashing prices on their RTX 4090-equipped Omen 45L PCs, offering a deal that's better than most Prime Day offers, so if you need a rig upgrade, now's the time to strike. Remember to use that 'LEVELUP20' code, or you will be sad!
Alright, listen up, mates. It looks like HP's having a bit of a clear-out, and they're practically giving away their Omen 45L gaming PCs loaded with the still-almighty RTX 4090. Rock Paper Shotgun (bless their deal-hunting hearts) spotted this, and fair dinkum, it's a deal worth a gander.
Prime Day is upon us, and everyone's scrambling to throw discounts around like confetti. But HP, in a move that's either genius or slightly panicked (or both!), is offering a steeper discount than anything you'll likely see on Amazon. We're talking about a *third* off the original price. That's a proper chunk of change saved.
So, what are we looking at? The HP Omen 45L, packing an RTX 4090 (obviously!), is currently available with a hefty discount. Normally, you'd be shelling out close to $3700 for this beast. But if you're savvy (and use the discount code 'LEVELUP20' at checkout – don't forget that bit!), you can snag it for a mere $2463.99. Free shipping, too. Bonus!
Now, I know what you're thinking: "But Jeff, the 50-series cards are coming! Why bother with a 4090 now?" Well, here's the thing: the 4090 is *still* an absolute monster. It'll crush 4K gaming without breaking a sweat, and if you're into competitive titles, prepare to be swimming in frames. And, let's be honest, the 50-series is going to cost an arm and a leg at launch. This is a chance to grab top-tier performance without needing to sell your kidneys on the black market.
And it's not just the graphics card that makes this deal tempting. You're also getting an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K Arrow Lake-S CPU, 16GB of DDR5 RGB memory, and a 1TB M.2 drive for storage. The case itself is pretty swish too, with all the RGB lighting a gamer could want (or tolerate). Plus, it's got plenty of fans and a liquid cooling system to keep everything running smooth and cool.
Basically, you're getting a seriously powerful PC at a price that's… well, let's just say I'm tempted to buy one myself. Just remember to use that discount code!
