HoYoverse revealed new details for Honkai: Star Rail version 4.2 during its latest livestream, bringing playable debuts for Silver Wolf and Evanescia alongside time-sensitive redemption codes for free Stellar Jade, as reported by Polygon.
HoYoverse has officially wrapped up its latest broadcast, and the Honkai: Star Rail version 4.2 update is locking in its launch for the evening of April 21. As always, the special program brought out a fresh batch of redemption codes for players looking to stack up some free Stellar Jade and essential upgrade materials before the new patch drops. According to reporting by Julia Lee over at Polygon, these temporary codes are already live and waiting to be claimed.
This upcoming update dives deeper into the Phantasmoon Games on Planarcadia, pushing fan favorites Silver Wolf and Evanescia right into the narrative spotlight. Better yet, both characters are joining the playable roster this time around. Silver Wolf is returning in a brand-new form as an Imaginary Elation unit, while Evanescia makes her long-awaited playable debut as a Physical Elation unit. That means players will want every bit of Stellar Jade they can grab to fund their pulls for the upcoming banner.
Time is of the essence if you want to secure the loot, because these livestream codes expire quickly. You will need to redeem them before the window closes on April 11 at 11:59 a.m. EDT. You can cash them in directly through the in-game menu by tapping the ellipses in the top right corner, or bypass the client and redeem them through the official Honkai: Star Rail code website by logging into your active account and selecting your server. Head over to Polygon to grab the exact code strings before they vanish.
