Heartopia Hands Out Free Gold and Wishing Stars Following Scheduled Downtime

Heartopia is distributing free bundles of 8,000 Gold and 10 Wishing Stars to all players as compensation for recent scheduled server downtime, with claims open until March 7.
Cozy life sim fans jumping into Heartopia this week have some extra resources waiting in their inboxes. Developer XD Inc. is distributing free currency packages to all players following three hours of scheduled server downtime on March 4. Every player can now claim 8,000 Gold and 10 Wishing Stars directly through the in-game mail system, regardless of whether they tried to log on while the servers were offline.
While Gold and Wishing Stars sit comfortably below premium currencies like Exhibition passes in terms of rarity, they are genuinely useful for players progressing through the early and mid-game phases. These standard currencies help bypass the RNG heavy gacha mechanics for a moment, letting players directly acquire basic furniture, clothing options, upgrades, and essential crafting items. With the game's spring Fashionwave event right around the corner, bringing fresh building pieces and recipes to the social space, having a little extra padding in the virtual wallet is always welcome.
Players should note that these compensation items come with a strict expiration date. The free bundle is only available to claim until 5 p.m. on March 7, meaning casual players who log in less frequently will want to fire up the game quickly to secure their resources.
