The official trailer for You, Me & Tuscany has arrived via IGN South Africa, showcasing a star-studded romantic comedy led by Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page ahead of its April 2026 theatrical release.
Rom-com season is getting a major star boost. IGN South Africa recently dropped the official trailer for You, Me & Tuscany, an upcoming romantic comedy that brings together a powerhouse cast including Halle Bailey, Regé-Jean Page, and Aziza Scott. Bailey stars as Anna, a twenty-something adrift after abandoning her culinary dreams and losing her housing in one swift blow. When a chance encounter leads her to a supposedly empty Tuscan villa owned by a charming Italian named Matteo, she decides to risk an unauthorized getaway across the globe, ignoring the very sensible warnings of her best friend Claire.
Predictably, the getaway plan unravels almost immediately. Matteo's mother, played by Italian cinema icon Isabella Ferrari, arrives at the villa unexpectedly, forcing Anna into a panicked lie where she claims to be Matteo's fiancée. Things escalate quickly when Matteo's cousin Michael, played by Bridgerton breakout Regé-Jean Page, shows up on the property. What follows looks like a high-energy collision of mistaken identity, gorgeous Italian scenery, and undeniable chemistry that threatens to completely upend Anna's directionless life.
The creative team behind the camera is just as stacked as the marquee. Directed by Kat Coiro and produced by Will Packer Productions, the film leans into a classic genre formula with a fresh, contemporary cast. Alongside Bailey, Page, Scott, and Ferrari, the international lineup features Lorenzo de Moor, Marco Calvani, and Oscar nominee Nia Vardalos. You, Me & Tuscany is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10, 2026, giving audiences plenty of time to add a cinematic trip to Italy to their watchlists.
