Hades 2's Last Early Access Hurrah: Patch 11 Brings Olympian Buffs and Shiva Shenanigans!

Supergiant Games dropped Patch 11 for Hades 2, tweaking Olympian boons, reworking character aspects, and generally making the underworld a slightly less infuriating place (hopefully!). It's the last stop before the full 1.0 release next year!
Alright, listen up, you underworld adventurers! Supergiant Games just dropped what they *thought* was going to be their final early access patch for *Hades 2* before it hits full release sometime next year. But, as they admitted themselves, the Fates intervened, and we got Patch 11! Big shoutout to Game Rant for being on top of this faster than Hermes on a caffeine binge.
So, what's cooking in the cauldron this time? Well, it seems Supergiant have been listening to the community (always a good sign, eh?) and tweaking things based on our collective feedback and their own observations. And you know what that means: more power, more glory, and hopefully fewer rage-quits when facing Chronos.
First off, a heads up: hoarders beware! All those Zodiac Sand and Void Lenses you’ve been stashing? They're getting auto-yeeted and converted into Prestige when the game launches for real. So, spend 'em if you got 'em! (Or, you know, keep collecting them if you're feeling particularly rebellious.)
Now, let's get to the good stuff: the buffs! Zeus and Apollo are handing out extra juice to their boons, making your lightning and sunlight attacks even more face-meltingly effective. On the flip side, Poseidon seems to have had a bit of a nerf, with reduced damage and area of effect on some of his boons. Maybe he's been spending too much time chilling on the beach?
But the real magic (or should I say, Magick?) is happening with Melinoe's Nocturnal Arms. The Black Coat's Aspect of Shiva has been reworked to bounce its Omega Special all over the darn place – sounds chaotic! The Umbral Flames are also getting some love, with increased critical damage chances and better tracking on the Daybreaker projectile for the Aspect of Eos.
And hold on to your helmets, because there are some *major* boon shuffle-ups! Several Duo Boons have been completely replaced, like Hera and Poseidon's Golden Rule which is now the Ripple Effect, potentially firing your effects twice! Plus Poseidon and Hephaestus' Seismic Hammer got the axe and replaced with the Seismic Servo, so your Boon effects recharge even faster! It's like Supergiant decided to play musical chairs with the Olympians' powers, and the results sound...interesting, to say the least.
They've even tinkered with the Keepsakes, making Olympian Keepsakes more reliable, and Toula the Cat (bless her cotton socks) is now less prone to getting stuck on scenery. Small victories, mate, small victories.
Oh, and the enemies? They've had a bit of a nip and tuck too. Typhon's been told to calm down with his eye blasts, Prometheus is a bit slower on the uppercut, and even the lowly Shambler has had its tracking speed reduced. Is Supergiant making the game easier? Maybe. Or maybe they're just making it *fairer*. We'll see when 1.0 drops.
Overall, Patch 11 sounds like a solid step towards the full release of *Hades 2*. Supergiant is clearly dedicated to polishing this gem, and I, for one, am eager to see what else they have up their sleeves. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to experiment with that Shiva rework. Wish me luck!
Big ups again to Game Rant for the original patch notes breakdown!
