HoYoverse revealed new codes for Genshin Impact version 7.1 during its latest preview livestream, offering free Primogems alongside anniversary rewards and two new characters.
HoYoverse just wrapped up the latest preview stream for Genshin Impact, and version 7.1 is shaping up to be a massive update for the community. Alongside a continuation of the main storyline in Snezhnaya, the patch introduces two new playable characters in the form of the Anemo sword user Vesna and the Hydro catalyst user Vodyanitsa. Because this update coincides with the game sixth anniversary, players are also getting some serious login bonuses, including the chance to claim two five star characters for free.
As always, the preview broadcast brought a fresh batch of redemption codes for anyone looking to stock up on resources ahead of launch. Polygon reported the active codes from the broadcast, which include Rekviem, Vesna0923, and PrimaDonna. Redeeming these will net you a healthy stack of Primogems, Mora, and Adventurer EXP to help get those new roster additions ready for action.
You will want to move quickly on these because the codes expire on September 15 at 12 a.m. EDT. You can redeem them directly through the official game website or paste them right into the in browser redemption tool for convenience. Once claimed, the rewards will drop straight into your in game mailbox so you can start prepping your builds before version 7.1 officially goes live.
