Genshin Impact version 6.5 preview livestream revealed new characters, the Dornman Port area, and limited-time Primogem codes detailed by Polygon.
Hoyoverse recently wrapped up its preview livestream for Genshin Impact version Luna 6, designated as update 6.5, giving players a complete look at what is coming next. The big update, titled Augured Homecoming, is scheduled to launch on the evening of April 7. It introduces the long-awaited Dornman Port area north of Mondstadt alongside two new playable characters. Linnea joins the roster as a five-star Geo bow user, while the Nod-Krai event gives players a chance to recruit Jahoda, a four-star Anemo bow wielder.
As always, the preview stream came with a fresh batch of promotional codes granting free Primogems, Mora, and Adventurer EXP. According to the original report by Polygon, players need to act fast because these three specific codes expire on March 30 at 12 a.m. EDT. Securing these resources early is a great way to stockpile materials before the new patch drops.
Redeeming the codes is straightforward, with options to input them directly through the in-game settings menu or via the official web redemption page. Copy and pasting the codes through a browser remains the quickest route. Once claimed, the rewards land straight in your in-game mailbox to help you prep your roster for the upcoming Mondstadt expansion.
