The full roster of 14 character classes for FromSoftware's upcoming Switch 2 exclusive, The Duskbloods, leaked online ahead of its Closed Network Test.
Data miners and early access participants have uncovered the full roster of 14 character classes for FromSoftware's upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive, The Duskbloods. As reported by Game Rant, details emerged online just days before the game's Closed Network Test, which runs from August 21 to August 23. This upcoming title blends traditional action mechanics with a unique hero shooter structure, setting the stage for some intense multiplayer matches.
The leaked roster leans heavily into the studio's signature dark aesthetic, featuring a collection of unsettling characters built around grotesque blood mechanics. Standouts include Walter the Blood-Eater, the blind nun Veronica whose footprints instantly rot anything they touch, and Maurice, who carries his deceased family in an iron coffin. True to developer tradition, characters like Ulan also ensure that the infamous poison swamp makes a triumphant return.
While sign-ups for the network test have already closed, this massive leak gives the community plenty to dissect while waiting for further updates. If the upcoming test runs smoothly, players might finally secure a firm release date for later this year. It is a major release to watch for Nintendo's next generation hardware, especially for players looking forward to a fresh multiplayer experience from a legendary studio.
As digital economies and modern multiplayer ecosystems evolve, community-driven tests like this are crucial for shaping launch success. Players are already comparing the hero-style class differences and theorycrafting team compositions before the servers even open. Keep an eye on creator streams this weekend for the first real look at how these grim combatants play in action.
