Frak Yeah! 'Battlestar Galactica Deadlock' Goes Free on Steam (So Say We All!)

Steam's giving away *Battlestar Galactica Deadlock*, a well-received space strategy game, until July 17th, so fire up your engines and claim your free copy before the Cylons get there first! So say we all!
Right, listen up, you frakking toasters! (Sorry, reflex.) Steam's handing out *Battlestar Galactica Deadlock* like it's ambrosia for the gods of Kobol... or, you know, just a really good space strategy game. And it *is* a good 'un, racking up "Very Positive" reviews from over 2,000 players on Steam.
For those who’ve been living under a rock (or, perhaps more accurately, hiding in a nebula), *Battlestar Galactica Deadlock* puts you in command during the First Cylon War. Think tactical space battles, micromanaging your fleet, and making tough calls quicker than you can say, "By your command!" It's developed by Black Lab Games, who also brought us *Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector* (another solid choice if you're into the whole grimdark future thing).
But here's the kicker: this ain't just about shooting Cylons (though there's plenty of that). We're talking a proper 3D tactical approach, giving you the ability to tweak every little maneuver. You can even analyze replays after your matches in the 1v1 multiplayer mode. So, if you mess up royally – and let’s be honest, we all do – you can at least learn from it. (Or blame lag. We've all been there, mate.)
Now, Steam *has* been rather generous lately, what with giving away *Black Desert* and *Tell Me Why* recently. It makes you wonder what they're up to. (Maybe they're feeling generous after all the Steam Deck hype?) Who knows? Maybe Valve is trying to win our hearts. Or minds! (Insert dramatic music here.)
*Battlestar Galactica Deadlock* normally costs $39.99, but it's free to claim until July 17th. So, if you're a fan of space strategy, or just fancy a bit of Cylon-smashing action, head over to Steam and grab it while you can. What have you got to lose? (Besides countless hours of your life to tactical spaceship battles? Worth it, I reckon!)
