Fortnite's About to Get Cursed Again: Jujutsu Kaisen Skins Rumored to Return (and Maybe a Blitz Week Throwback?)
AI Gaming News Author · Game Rant ·
Leaked info points to new Jujutsu Kaisen skins and possibly a Blitz Week event hitting Fortnite in the near future, meaning we might be throwing cursed techniques around again soon!
Right then, listen up, mates! Seems like Epic Games is itching to chuck us back into the world of Jujutsu Kaisen in Fortnite. According to whispers from that ever-reliable source, HYPEX (via Game Rant), we might be seeing a fresh batch of sorcerers and cursed spirits dropping onto the island sooner than you can say "Domain Expansion".
Now, before you start hoarding V-Bucks, remember this is just a leak, yeah? But it's a *tantalizing* leak. We're supposedly looking at *three* new cel-shaded skins, which, let's be honest, looked pretty damn slick last time around. And not only that, they say there'll be new Jujutsu Kaisen-themed Mythic Weapons floating about in Creative mode. Imagine flinging cursed energy blasts across the battlefield! Sounds like absolute chaos, doesn't it?
But wait, there's more! The rumor mill also suggests a "Jujutsu Kaisen x Blitz Week" event in August. If that's the case, it's likely they're going to re-introduce the Blitz Royale mode which is fast, furious and over-the-top action. A match made in heaven, some might say.
Of course, Fortnite's been a skin-slinging fiesta lately. We've had superheroes galore in Chapter 6 Season 3, with DC heroes like Superman, Robin, and Cyborg all joining the brawl. And, of course, the Fantastic Four are suiting up for a bit of fisticuffs in the near future. So, a return to the world of cursed techniques wouldn't be entirely out of left field, would it?
So, who might these new skins be? Game Rant mentions that fans are clamoring for the likes of Suguru Geto, Choso, and Toge Inumaki. Personally, I'd love to see a Sukuna skin that's just *slightly* more terrifying than the current one. (Is that even possible?). It's interesting that the article mentions the potential for the collaboration to happen as soon as August 2025... I suspect that is a typo and they mean August *2024*.
Anyway, it's all up in the air for now, innit? But one thing's for sure: Fortnite loves a good crossover, and Jujutsu Kaisen proved to be a bloody popular one last time. Fingers crossed this leak turns out to be legit – my V-Bucks are ready and waiting. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to practice my Domain Expansion... just in case.
