Epic Games Store has revealed Eternights as its free mystery game for December 19, giving players twenty-four hours to claim the title before the next daily giveaway takes its place.
The holiday season always brings a wave of digital giveaways, and the Epic Games Store is continuing its annual tradition with a fresh mystery drop. Following a massive opening week that featured Hogwarts Legacy and a subsequent run for Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, the platform has revealed its daily free title for December 19. Players now have a strict twenty-four-hour window to claim the apocalyptic dating action game Eternights for their PC libraries at no cost.
Developed by Studio Sai, Eternights blends fast-paced hack-and-slash dungeon crawling with relationship-building mechanics inspired by titles like Persona. Players navigate a collapsing world while balancing high-stakes combat, environmental puzzles, and companion interactions, all under the pressure of an in-game time limit. While the game received a mixed critical reception when it launched in 2023, grabbing a title that normally retails for thirty dollars for free makes it an easy addition to any backlog.
This daily cadence is the hallmark of the Epic Games Store holiday schedule, turning launcher check-ins into a daily community ritual. With more mystery games waiting in the queue as the countdown to the new year continues, it is a good time to keep an eye on your digital storefront of choice.
