Eevee-lution Overload! Pokemon TCG Pocket Goes All-In on the Fluffy One

Pokemon TCG Pocket is going all-in on Eevee with a Mass Outbreak event, showering players in Eeveelutions and limited-time goodies – could this be the start of more themed events? I reckon it's a pretty clever idea, myself.
Right, so Pokemon TCG Pocket's gone a bit Eevee-crazy, and frankly, I'm not complaining. Game Rant's Mohsen Baqery reports that the mobile game is hosting its first-ever event focused solely on one Pokemon line, and you guessed it, it's everyone's favourite adaptable fluffball and its many, *many* evolutions.
Normally, these 'Mass Outbreak' events just boost the odds of snagging a certain *type* of Pokemon (Fire, Water, the usual suspects), but this time, it's all Eevee, all the time. And, crucially, all the Eeveelutions. Think Sylveon ex, Flareon ex, Leafeon ex... you get the idea. Basically, if it's an Eevee or an Eeveelution, it's probably in the Wonder Picks right now.
The event, cleverly titled 'Eevee Mass Outbreak' (subtlety clearly isn't their strong suit, but hey, at least it's descriptive), runs until July 30th, right before the next big expansion drops. So, plenty of time to get your Eevee fix.
Now, what's actually *in* these Wonder Picks, you ask? Well, there are two types: Bonus and Rare. The Bonus ones are free (always a win!), and can contain the non-ex Eeveelutions, older Eevee variants, and even a special Eevee Bag Item Card. The Rare ones, costing three Wonder Stamina, are where you'll find the good stuff – the ex and non-ex Eeveelutions from the 'Eevee Grove' and 'Triumphant Light' sets.
But wait, there's more! (I always wanted to say that). There are also new, exclusive Eevee card flairs to unlock in the shop, and you unlock 'em by using duplicate cards. Meaning, you gotta catch 'em ALL... twice, at least.
Speaking of catching 'em, there are also special missions tied to the event. Completing these nets you Wonder Pick Hourglasses, which, as the name suggests, give you more Wonder Picks. Tasks range from simply collecting one Eevee card to Wonder Picking five times. Fairly straightforward stuff, and hey, free stuff is free stuff.
So, what does this all mean? Well, according to Game Rant, this Eevee-centric event could be a sign of things to come. More thematic events focusing on specific Pokemon lines or regions, perhaps? I reckon it's a pretty solid idea. I mean, Eevee's got a *lot* of evolutions, but imagine a Dragonite family event, or a Galarian forms fiesta! The possibilities are endless, mate. And that’s what I call a win-win.
