Dropout has released the official trailer for Game Changer season 8, featuring a May 18 premiere date, returning favorites like Brennan Lee Mulligan and Vic Michaelis, and a predictably chaotic slate of unknown games.
Get ready for a fresh round of absolute confusion, because Dropout has officially dropped the trailer for season 8 of Game Changer. Scheduled to premiere on May 18, the upcoming ten-episode run promises to be the most chaotic season yet for a show where the core rule is that the contestants have no idea what they are playing until the cameras roll. Host Sam Reich is framing the new season like a high stakes heist movie, complete with slick narration and plenty of hints about the madness to come.
Fans can expect a massive lineup of returning talent, including Vic Michaelis, Brennan Lee Mulligan, Lou Wilson, Zac Oyama, and Ally Beardsley. The trailer offers quick glimpses of returning fan favorite concepts, such as the black velcro jumpsuits from the classic Rulette episode, alongside entirely new setups that apparently involve life sized board games and a sea of Grant O'Brien lookalikes. Mulligan also treats viewers to a trademark angry outburst, ensuring the new episodes will deliver the high energy reactions that have made the show a fixture of modern streaming culture.
Over the years, Game Changer has grown from a clever hidden premise experiment into one of Dropout's absolute flagship properties, spawning breakout hits like Make Some Noise and Very Important People. New episodes will drop every other week on Dropout.tv starting next month, giving communities plenty of time to dissect every frame and theory.
