Capcom has revealed a special 25th anniversary artwork for the Ace Attorney series, celebrating twenty-five years of the iconic adventure franchise ahead of its milestone date on October 12.
Capcom is marking a major milestone for one of its most distinct adventure franchises. As reported by Game Rant, the publisher has officially revealed a special 25th anniversary visual for the Ace Attorney series ahead of its celebration on October 12. Created by franchise artists Kazuya Nuri and Takuro Fuse, the commemorative artwork brings together a wide roster of fan-favorite attorneys and assistants from across the entire history of the series, showing how much the courtroom drama has evolved since Phoenix Wright took his first case in 2001.
While the reveal stops short of announcing a brand new mainline entry, it keeps the spotlight firmly on a franchise that continues to perform well for Capcom. Recent sales milestones, such as the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy surpassing five million copies sold, prove that modern players still have a huge appetite for classic visual novels and puzzle investigations. This ongoing momentum feeds right into the community desire for a fully fledged sequel, especially given Capcom's current winning streak with both new releases and legacy revivals.
Capcom has spent the last several years revitalizing its older catalogs and refining its modern development pipeline, making the timing of this anniversary feel particularly notable. Whether Capcom uses the official October date to drop a bigger announcement remains to be seen, but the new artwork confirms the publisher knows the value of its cult-classic IPs. For long-time fans who treat these character-driven adventures as comfort food and streaming gold alike, this anniversary drop is a welcome nod to a quarter-century of dramatic objections.
