VR rhythm game Maestro has launched a new Attack on Titan DLC pack featuring iconic tracks and a custom Levi themed baton, while Koei Tecmo confirmed a December release for Attack on Titan 3.
Developer Double Jack has expanded its critically acclaimed VR rhythm game Maestro with a brand new Attack on Titan crossover DLC. Available for $3.99 across Meta Quest, PS VR2, Pico, and SteamVR, the add-on brings Hiroyuki Sawano's iconic main theme and Kohta Yamamoto's track Ashes and Fire to the virtual conducting experience. Players also unlock a special cosmetic item called the Titan Sweeper, a baton modeled after the broom used by Levi Ackerman in a fan favorite cleaning sequence from the anime.
The timing is great for fans of the franchise because Double Jack also announced that Maestro is heading to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on September 17. The upcoming hybrid console versions will even let players use their Joy Con controllers as virtual batons, with a free demo available right now to test out the mechanics. A free copy of the Ashes and Fire track will come bundled with the base game on Nintendo hardware.
In broader franchise news, Koei Tecmo recently locked in a December 10 release date for Attack on Titan 3. The third installment in the third person action series promises to cover the entire story arc from start to finish, complete with new battles featuring the final season's Warrior Titans. Pre-orders are live now, including a deluxe tier that offers three days of early access for players eager to dive back into the action.
