Arknights: Endfield Version 1.1 Update Brings New Characters and Regions

Arknights: Endfield update 1.1 launches on March 12, bringing new characters Tangtang and Rossi, the Qingbo Stockade region, and maintenance compensation rewards across PC, console, and mobile.

Hypergryph is preparing to roll out the first major content patch for Arknights: Endfield. Titled "Old Deep Water Dies, by Rising Tide it is Denied," the version 1.1 update arrives just seven weeks after the game launched on January 22. Players across PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices should expect server downtime to begin on Wednesday, March 11, at 6 p.m. EDT. Scheduled maintenance is estimated to run for six hours, meaning the servers will go live again on Thursday, March 12, at midnight EDT. Developer Hypergryph is handing out 900 Oroberyl to every player who created an account prior to the update as compensation for the downtime.

The new patch brings a substantial amount of content to keep cross-platform grinders busy through the spring. The highlight of the update is the introduction of Tangtang, a brand-new six-star character featured on the initial gacha banner, followed by another six-star addition, Rossi, during the second phase of the patch. Alongside these new recruits, players can explore the Qingbo Stockade region, tackle fresh quests and challenges, and kit out their squads with a batch of new weapons and gear.

As live service games continue to set rapid cadences, this seven-week update cycle keeps momentum high for mobile and console players alike. If the team maintains this pace, version 1.2 is already projected to land around April 30.
